You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not, except where such unauthorized access results from a breach of jiliw's security systems. jiliw will not be liable for any losses arising from the unauthorized use of your account credentials unless such unauthorized use resulted from our negligence.

2.2 Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and subsequently maintained in your account profile is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. This includes but is not limited to your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, telephone number, and payment method information. Providing false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information, or using another person's identity or credentials, constitutes fraud and is grounds for immediate account termination. jiliw may suspend account access and withhold withdrawals pending verification of any information that appears inconsistent, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent. JILIW DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Account Termination and Suspension

jiliw reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to provide requested verification documents; prolonged account inactivity; or at your request. Upon account termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases, and any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to jiliw, provided your account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been satisfied. jiliw may retain certain account information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes even after account termination. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-excluded users who close their accounts for responsible gaming reasons will not be permitted to reopen accounts during the self-exclusion period.

9. Amendments to Terms

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. jiliw may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without your consent; you may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without jiliw's prior written consent.
